Don't know where to put this , but I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate what you do.
My mother developed Alzheimer's and had to move to a more care situation. She was a hoarder and the only thing she had of value was a 100 year old 1 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath farmhouse, in amazing disrepair, as she wouldn't let anyone help her. It took me a year and a half, but watching your channel and going slowly ,learning step by step, I was able to do it mostly myself, some jobs and systems contracted for 50K. Iron pipes, no working plumbing, uneven floors, wiring issues, unsealed crawl space, home dug septic system, non working well, rotted cupboard floors, plumbing stacks vented into attic.....
I was able to sell it for $300K plus, which provided for my mother until her early death. Looking back, I'm not sure how I did this, two steps forward one step back. I have done repairs on rentals, but nothing like this, and I'm not sure I would take on something like this myself again, but I am grateful for people like you
who share your gift and knowledge with others.

I love knowing that we even played a tiny role in you being able to get your mom's house fixed up to where you could sell it and take care of the bills during a very tough time.
